Goose Grants: Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Goose Grants program provides partial financial credit toward the cost of custom website projects for eligible nonprofit organizations. Submission of an application indicates agreement to these Terms and Conditions.


2. Eligibility

To qualify:

  • The applicant must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the United States.
  • The organization must demonstrate a project budget of at least $30,000 USD.
  • One (1) grant recipient may be selected per calendar month; Blue Goose may opt not to select a recipient in any given month.
  • Applicants must be ready to begin a website project within 30 days of selection.

3. Nature of the Grant

  • The Goose Grant is a credit applied toward the total cost of a signed website project agreement:
    • $10,000 for projects ofThe Goose Grant is a credit applied toward the total value of a signed website project agreement with Blue Goose Digital Corp. It is not a cash payment, cannot be transferred, and has no standalone value outside a contracted engagement.
    • Two tiers are currently offered:
      • $10,000 Goose Grant
        For organizations with a minimum $30,000 USD project budget.
        → Total project value: $40,000
        → Client pays: $30,000
        → Blue Goose contributes: $10,000 in services
      • $25,000 Goose Grant
        For organizations with a minimum $60,000 USD project budget.
        → Total project value: $85,000
        → Client pays: $60,000
        → Blue Goose contributes: $25,000 in services
  • The scope of services covered by the Goose Grant is determined by Blue Goose and must be defined in the final contract. Blue Goose reserves the right to adjust or withdraw the offer if contractual terms are not finalized in a timely manner.
  • It is not a cash award, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed independently of an executed contract.
  • A deposit (amount defined in the final agreement) is required before any work begins.
  • The final scope, deliverables, and payment schedule will be outlined in a mutually executed Services Agreement or Statement of Work.
  • Blue Goose reserves the right to revoke the offer if terms are not executed within a reasonable timeframe or if the client fails to meet obligations.

4. Selection Process

  • Blue Goose will evaluate applications at its sole discretion based on the organization’s vision, mission, values, impact, budget, timing, alignment with our expertise, and internal capacity.
  • Final selection will require a discovery call.
  • All selections are final. Submission does not entitle an applicant to a review, response, or feedback.

5. Liability & Indemnity

  • Blue Goose is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of applying to or participating in this program.
  • Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Goose, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
    • Breach of these Terms;
    • Misrepresentation in the application;
    • Use or misuse of the program or services provided.

6. Confidentiality & Publicity

  • Application data will be used solely for internal evaluation and not shared externally.
  • If selected, Blue Goose may request to feature your organization and project in marketing materials, with your approval.

7. Right to Modify or Cancel

  • Blue Goose reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Goose Grants program at any time without notice.
  • No liability shall accrue to Blue Goose for such changes.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or internet outages.


9. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.


10. Assignment

Applicants may not assign or transfer any rights under this program. Blue Goose may assign its rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor.


11. Entire Agreement & Amendments

These Terms constitute the entire agreement related to the Goose Grants program and may only be amended in writing by Blue Goose.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Goose Grants is a discretionary, credit-based initiative by Blue Goose Digital Corp. Participation does not guarantee selection. Credits are applied only upon mutual execution of a signed services agreement for qualifying web projects. This program is governed by Wyoming law and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Submission of an application does not create a client relationship or any legal obligation.
